Indi-Electronic Latin-American Folklore outfit DAYAN formed early 2013 around the talents of the singer/songwriter Laura Dayan and of the producer Darko Saric. Both are based in New York, where they had the idea of redefining their Latin-American roots through the lens of their new cultural environment.
She is the heart. He is the brain. Laura and Darko share a vision and complement each other. DAYAN was born with their idea of creating something new out of their autochthonous background - and represent their identities though the music.
